Compass Events Hire provide two types of display panels for all your exhibition booth needs. The most common display panel is an aluminium framed, Velcro adhesive, silver vertiface wall (1m w x 2m h) our other option is our specialised white infill panel. Booth size can be varied in increments of 1m, to create either 3m x 1m, 3m x 2m and 3m x 3m sites or any multiple configuration.
The option for our Standard shell scheme includes the following

- BOOTH SIZE – Increments of 1m, (one metre) as selected by site investments

- ACCESSORIES: All electrical equipment is tested & tagged and installed by professionally trained staff
- POWER – 1 x 4 amp power point (connected to venue source points)
- LIGHTING – 2 x 25 watt LED spotlights installed at the sides of the display booth
- SIGNAGE – 1 x (1.8m x 0.2m) single colour text, 30 capital letters

- SIGNS – Full colour text & graphics
- FURNITURE – Corporate, premium & designer
- RULES OF USE: VELCRO DOTS & STRIPS ONLY.

In order for us to efficiently process supplied files, we ask that you send artwork to the below specifications.
Files not supplied to correct specs may inc ur an additional artwork charge and may impact the required deadline
FORMAT – AI, EPS or PDF vector files, or at the very least a high resolution JPG of at least 1MB, Illustrator cs2 compatible
SIZE & BLEED -Visual size depending on product – Supply with an additional 5mm bleed on all four sides
FASCIA Standard 1800mm (wide) x 200mm (tall).
Custom Panel – Foamex 1000mm (wide) x 2000mm (tall)
RESOLUTION – Image data to be a minimum of 75dpi, optimum 100dpi
OUTPUT – If using PDF, Jpeg compression is acceptable to reduce file size
COMPRESSION – CMYK only. Spot or RGB colours to be converted to CMYK otherwise unexpected results can occur
COLOUR – All text must be converted to curves, with filters, effects & transparency to be flattened
